Pay the reading fee (either $28 which includes your choice of any Omnidawn book, or $25 which does not include an Omnidawn book) by clicking one of the two "Pay Now" buttons above, and then return to this web page (www.omnidawn.net).
Fill in all of your contact information on the form below. If you are submitting work for someone else or under a pen name, fill in your contact info and fill in the name of the person you are submitting for or your pen name in the "writer name" field.
Fill in the title(s) of the work(s) you are submitting. If you are submitting multiple works, separate titles with commas. Each additional work requires an additional $25 reading fee (or $28 with Omnidawn book).
Use the browse button to find the file on your computer that you would like to submit. Files should be in MS Word .doc format or .rtf (Rich Text Format). Select the file and click on the open button. Your file will then appear in the "file" field.
If you selected the $28 Pay Now button list your choice of Omnidawn book in the Comments field. (Allow 2 weeks for delivery of your book.) Also please DO let us know where you learned about this contest to the best of your recollection. You can also leave other information in the Comments field following your choice of book, if any, and where you heard about this contest. Note that any identifying information in this field will not be passed on to readers or the judge. Then click submit.
You will then have the option to review your information and confirm that it is correct. Click continue and you're done.
You will receive an email confirming that your submission has been received and entered into our database. You can also login to your account at any time at www.omnidawn.net by using your email address as your login id and the password you just entered, at which point your submissions will be listed as "received" (This "received" status will not change during the course of the contest). Once you are logged in you may also submit additional entries by selecting "Submit your work" on the left side of the form. Each additional submission requires a $25 reading fee (or $28 if you want another Omnidawn book).
